You will receive an SMS on the day of arrival when your accommodation is ready for check-in. The key is collected from the key machine at Gondolhusen's, Bakkebogrenda's, Lassiebyn's, Lill-Röda's and Torget's check-in and service points.

Check-out – 11:00 | In the case of a purchased place of departure – 10:00

When checking out, you leave the key where you picked it up.

Directions

Directions from Branäs: Go out to the road and turn left. Go about 1.8 km. Lill-Röda is on the right side of the road. The cabin is close to the road, and is small and red with white stairs.

Views and cleaning

Let us know no later than 11.00 the day after arrival if anything in the accommodation is not to your satisfaction.
If you order final cleaning, it must take place 2 days before departure and the accommodation must be empty and the key returned at check-out time. Note that the check-out time changes when final cleaning is booked.
Do you clean the accommodation yourself upon departure? The little cleaning help be followed. Rags, cleaning agents, vacuum cleaners and mops are available in the cleaning cupboard in each residence. If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning upon arrival, call 054-13 26 00 to make a fault report and we will come and fix it. The fault report must be received by us no later than 11.00 a.m. the day after arrival.

Check-in and service point

On arrival you will find your key at the check-in and service point. This is also where you leave the key on departure. If there is something missing in the accommodation such as plates, cutlery or if you need an extra sheet, you can pick it up in the same shed.
