Check-in and check-out

Checking in and out in Branäs is safe and easy. Here we offer the easiest possible start for you to get off to a good start on your holiday

How to check in step by step:

When your accommodation is ready for check-in on the day of arrival, you will receive an SMS.
If your accommodation has a code lock for the door, you go directly to the accommodation and enter the code you receive in the SMS.
If your key is to be collected from a key machine, it is stated in the SMS along with the code.
Lift card. If you have booked a lift ticket, collect it from the nearest lift ticket machine. Scan the QR code you received by email to get the cards out of the machine.
Ski rental. If you have booked equipment with delivery, it will be delivered directly to the cottage on the day of arrival. If you have booked equipment to be collected, you will receive an SMS with the booth number when it is ready to be collected. If you have not booked equipment, you need to do so here on the website. There is no possibility to book on site in the ski rental.

How to check out step by step:

If you live in accommodation with a digital lock, you will receive an SMS the day before departure which you use to check out.
If you collected the key from a key machine, return it to the same machine using the return code on the key tag. Then check out via the SMS sent to you.
If you booked ski equipment with delivery, you leave everything in the accommodation's storage room.

Key machine

New for the season is that residents who do not have a digital code lock collect their keys from a key machine. To retrieve the keys, enter the code that appears in your check-in SMS. When it's time to check out, leave the keys in the same machine by entering the return code on the tray.

Lift ticket machine

Before the 24/25 season, it will be even easier to buy your lift pass with us! In addition to the fact that you can load it yourself at ladda.branas.se as before, you can now pick up your order whenever you want during the day from our lift ticket machines. Buy directly via the website and you will receive a qr code in the email which you then scan in the machine.
