Hjorten 13 har en fantastisk utsikt mot Branäsberget och dess topp och baksidan vetter ut mot den rogivande myren. En Mio inredd stuga på 133 kvm med 12 bäddar fördelade på 5 sovrum. Här finns även ett stort kök med fina köksmöbler samt ett allrum med braskamin och TV.

Family room
Det öppna vardagsrummet inbjuder till sköna kvällar efter härliga vinterdagar. Här finns soffa, stilrena fåtöljer, braskamin och kabel-TV. Från allrummet har du en fin utsikt från alla fönster mot Branäsberget på framsidan och myren på baksidan.
Hallen i entrén är stor med generösa ytor för skidkläder och ombyte. På övervåningen finns också ett hallrum mellan sovrummen med en fåtölj samt två stora byråer med gott om utrymmen för kläder.

Kitchen
Det stora köket är välutrustat och har mikrovågsugn, kyl och frys, spis med ugn, diskmaskin, vattenkokare och kaffebryggare. I köket finns även en ny matsalsgrupp med plats för upp till 12 personer. Utsikt mot Branäsberget och dess topp från alla fönster.

Bedroom
Boendet har tolv bäddar fördelat på fem sovrum. På bottenvåningen finns Master bedroom med dubbelsäng. På övervåningen finns fyra sovrum. Två sovrum med dubbelsäng och två sovrum med en familjesäng med tre bäddar vardera. Två av sovrummen med utsikt mot toppen och ett med utsikt mot myren. Fyra av sovrummen har stora byråer och det femte kan nyttja byråerna i hallen utanför rummet.

Boendet har två WC/dusch. En på övervåningen och en på bottenvåningen. Golvvärme i båda badrummen. Bastu finns i badrummet på nedervåningen.

Stugan har stor altan (skottas ej). Låsbart skidförråd finns i anslutning till boendet.
I anslutning till entrén finns ett varmförråd med torkskåp och utrymme för pjäxor, hjälmar mm. Stugan har ski in-ski out läge, från området Hjorten finns en skidväg till Björnbacken och hem åker du via Rävenområdets skidväg.
Stugan är byggd 2018 och har kontinuerligt uppdaterats med nya möbler.
I stugan finns Wifi med förstärkare på övervåningen för säkerställande av god internettäckning i hela huset. (Branäs har dock ej möjlighet att ge support gällande uppkopplingen). På garageuppfarten finns plats för 3-4 bilar.

Ski in - Ski out. Drive straight out the hill from the door. Large and charming house of 194 sqm and with 17+2 beds distributed in six bedrooms. Tastefully furnished accommodation with a large living room with a comfortable massage chair and a wood burning stove for pleasant evenings together. The property also has a sauna. Underfloor heating throughout the lower floor and in the bathroom. The accommodation has an intermediate door to 79B if you are a large group and want a total of 30 beds.
